Our Guarantee
PicsReasy.com is all about satisfying you with our products. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it free of charge. We cannot be responsible for poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution or improper exposure. We do not perform color correction on your images. Our processes have produced color that matches the files we receive and we have technicians who review the products produced to spot any obvious anomalies, however color is a very personal issue and we can debate color for days without necessarily come to consensus. If you are not satisfied with the product due to color, we will make one attempt to replace and correct the issue and if unsuccessful will refund your purchase price. Please preview your project carefully before ordering. The Preview function in our design modules is designed to produce a finished product view and we have found it to be spot on…in other words, what you see is what you will see when the product arrives. Make sure you check spelling, grammar, positioning of text and positioning of images.

Please provide the order number  and a detailed description of the issue. DO NOT reorder the item through the website. We will pull your original order from our archives and reprocess it. We may also issue a pick up ticket for the original item to be returned to us.

Other policies you need to know
Image storage
We store images for 60 days. If you have uploaded an image, but have not ordered a product with that image within the last 60 days, PicsReasy.com reserves the right to remove the image from your album and our servers. If you have some special need for a longer “shelf life”, please contact Customersatisfaction@picsreasy.com and we will find a way to accommodate.

Protection of your images and general security
PicsReasy.com has taken measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the images uploaded to our servers.  We are photographers and respect the ownership and copyright of the images of other photographers. All orders placed on our site are processed on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL. Credit card information is not stored in our data base.

Copyright and Legal Authority
We assume and insist you share our belief that ownership of images is with the photographer or the owner of the images. As such, you must have the legal right to all of the images you upload or use in a product produced at PicsReasy.com  Images provided to you by professional photographers or made available through websites, magazines, books or other resources are protected by copyright laws and should not be uploaded or shared in any fashion without a written authorization to do so.

PicsReasy.com considers your user information to be private and we will not disclose the information to outside parties for any reason without your permission. We will from time to time, communicate with you about new features, products and specials but each communication will allow you to discontinue future marketing oriented communications.
